The girdle closes the mesh but is not included in the optical facet count. Changing symmetry rebuilds the crown, chevrons, pavilion star-kites, edges, and shader symmetry live. Public sources do not disclose production angles, so this is a visual study—not cutting CAD.

Method note. The pavilion topology keeps the patent-style nested chevrons and girdle-touching star-kites, then generalizes them across the selected symmetry count. Optical effects are real-time shader approximations.
